Great experience today. I taught the middle third of the 18-hour
WHO/UNICEF course to 16 nurses from the maternity staff. They all
signed up voluntarily and were delightful - enthusiastic, open to new
ideas and ready to reform their department! The only problems when I
went to set up the room - no screen, the VCR didn't work, the slide
projector had no bulb and the overhead projector would light up. I
did manage to get everything replaced 2 minutes before start time as
I was trying to think of Plan B. We do have to remain flexible don't
we? I told them at the beginning to forget everything they thought
they knew about BF and keep an open mind - hope they learned
something!
