This topic is probably old news now, but I wanted to add that I looked on my
BSE (breast self-exam) card hanging in my shower and it has "gently squeeze
both nipples and look for discharge" as part of the BSE.  I did this,
actually gently squeezing only the nipples, and did not get anything. As I am
currently lactating, now at 26 mos, I of course did get milk when I actually
"expressed" the breasts.

We still have lots of leaves on the trees, they are beginning to fall, lots
of sunshine, temps in the 60's - but this is jacket weather for us!
