I've experienced this. Phantom MER doesn't usually happen, but sometimes 
when I hold a very new baby or hear one cry, my breasts will feel full. 
It used to happen more often after my youngest weaned 2 years after I 
took the boards, and has waned over the years. I bet it's caused by an 
increase in blood flow mediated by oxytocin!
