modification, especially as we have more opportunity to observe such things
as "the crawl" and learn that the variations may still be within NL??

IMHO, there is such a difference between unmedicated & medicated newborns
that there ought to be a different set of measurements for each--much like
growth charts shouldn't be the same for breast & bottle babies.
