Hello!

I'm seeking the name of the first person who taught our profession the
rules of breastfeeding management:

Rule #1 -- feed the baby
Rule #2 -- protect the breastfeeding
Rule #3 -- make the breasts a happy place

I've seen and heard many iterations of these that are similar (I have
conference notes from Linda Smith, Karen Gromada, and others) but I'm
wondering if we know or remember where it came from? Was it Barbara
Wilson-Clay? Kay Hoover?

Thanks for any insight you might be able to share. I can usually find my
answers on Google but this one just gets more complicated that way because
there are so many articles by so many authors -- it's easy to tell that
these wise words have taken their place among our collective ethos.
