Heather:  Check the ingredient label on the therapeutic formula.  You
will see that the nutrients in question have been added to the formula.
  In other words, to the substrate of soybean juice, a supplement has
been added (and other ingredients as well, but you will have to tell us
which).  There is no difference between putting a supplement into the
formula and then putting the formula into the baby and putting the
supplement directly into the baby.  What has your nutritionist said
about a vitamin-mineral supplement of the nutrients which are low?

You must insist she calculate the nutrient contribution of the diet you
have given her.  I cannot imagine why a nutritionist would fail to do
this.
