I carry it in litle 1/8th ounce bottles with little wands. i also have these in my emergency LC herb kit. nice kits with a bunch of stuff in them. all sample size for individual use.

I puchase it from the pharmacy- and rebottle it. 
as far as practicing medicine - i doubt it. it is available over the counter mom is self medicating.
but i am not a lawyer either.
