Great idea! 
I don't know how that would play as far as going against the current 
standards of pasteurizing donor milk. Maybe if the benefits of having milk with 
immunity in it were weighed against the risks of getting something else 
through the milk those concerns could be overcome. In the U.S., most 
pregnant woman are screend for HIV and Hep B during pregnancy, so that 
status would be know.
