Thanks for the responses to my lamictal post.  If anyone comes across any other info that might be helpful or has experience with high doses and infant responses early postpartum, I would still appreciate the info privately or posted.  Just for general info, it's always a good idea to double check the info r/t BF on any website.  The info on Lamictal on Perinatology.com is unclear.  The site reports "contraindicated" but the study that they cite reports that all infants in the study developed normally in every way in spite of documented transfer placentally and through milk.  The same site lists Toradol (ketorolac) which is AAP approved for use in BF mothers, as contraindicated.  Maybe the site is more dedicated to medications in pregnancy?
