Hi Everyone

Just read through all the 'Confusion' posts - good points all round and
great food for thought.

I think it was Senator Edward Kennedy who got the ball rolling way back in
'79 with the original WHA resolution that preceded the Code - 40 years is a
long time.

Maybe in another 20 years it will have come under the jurisdiction of
international law; acting as a very powerful deterrent.

I feel confident that the multi-nationals will be able to come up with the
money to pay their fines. 
 
Can we make it happen? I wonder...let's try.

Here I go shooting for the stars again....
