I must say this absolutely shocks me.  Being an adoptive mother, who  it is 
apparently assumed will always use formula (no mention of donor milk at  all), 
I am just so saddened to read the outline of this book.  It will be  marketed 
as a main-stream bible of infant feeding.  It sounds like the  publishers have 
really big plans.  Ugghh.
