I agree entirely. My response to the posting on the study that showed that
SIgA went down after exercise was "so what?" Is this really going to make
such a huge difference to the baby?

This "just don't nurse for xxx minutes/hours/days" for casual reasons makes
me crazy and must be advocated by people who've never breastfed. I can't
imagine trying to put off a baby who needed to nurse just because the SIgA
content might be lower than usual! I guess I join Anne with being cranky
about stuff like this.
