 This is a professional call you are making. I think you should
call the practitioner's office, introduce yourself let him or
her know by phone what your purpose is. They may want to discuss
it by phone or they may suggest that you get together. Could be
in their office, could be over coffee. Have some of your own
PR materials to give them and take theirs. It's a great idea,
good community relations, good practice to have people to refer
your clients to for various things, and who knows, they may
also make some referrals to you should the situation arise.
