You wouldn't expect an increase in milk supply with metoclopramide in a
woman with Sheehan's Syndrome.  Since she is unlikely to produce prolactin,
stimulating prolactin with metoclopramide will not work. It's called beating
a dead horse.

People in the US should lobby for releasing domperidone.  It has far fewer
maternal side effects.
