Busy in clinic - had my skills working me today

1) mom with latch/possible supply issues and after more discussion - found out she has implants.
2) tandem breastfeeding -  seen newborn this afternoon and mom said she nursed 2 year old at hospital due to engorgement and relief of same - Covering Ped said "NO, don't do that"
3) new baby with PKU - a diagnosis not ever seen, that anyone remembers, in our office in 14 years. 
4) not so much breastfeeding related - but 2 1/2 year old (was breastfeeding until recently) consistently low iron and lead level of 7.  Hmmm.
All is a days work!!!
