Has anyone heard of TMJ being caused by extended breastfeeding?
My daughter, now 10, (& weaned) breastfeed for 7.5 years.  Only in the past year she has developed TMJ.  Painful jaw clicking and locking.
I have this bad feeling that the extended BFing is connected to this but I have not been able to find anything written about it.  It's hard enough to find anything at all written about  children nursing to school age, let along a connection it toTMJ.
Thoughts?
