"Since colostrum is higher in protein and lower in sugar, she's not sure that it is the best supplement."
... And she's suggesting what in preference to a mother's own (human) colostrum? Reconstituted, pasteurised, skimmed, spray-dried, cow milk with added vegetable oil and synthetic nutrients????? Or is it sugar water, guaranteed to provide infants with a spike in blood sugar, followed as night after day, by a crash???
I am fairly sure there good research observing that colostrum stabilises blood sugar more effectively than either formula or glucose water.
