I am still working on collecting data from hospital-based LCs related to
FTEs (total hours worked by  all LCs in a two week period) and yearly birth
rate (or monthly average if this is easier).  I am waiting for permission to
post hospital name, location, and the above numbers for 7 different
institutions.  If someone who hasn't yet contributed to my informal study
would like to send me information I would appreciate it.  Also include in
your email or post your permission or exceptions to my posting the
information.  For the most part the hospital-based LCs have given permission
to post.  However, I am willing to only post the numbers, the location only
without hospital name, or any part of the information if permission is given
for "limited" posting.
