Re: 9/10 manuscripts on breastfeeding being rejected.

There are different 'levels' of journals where breastfeeding articles
could be submitted and there are lots of things that could be published
as case studies too.  A book like Writing for Health Professionals by
Phillip Burnard (Chapman & Hall) is a useful starting reference for new
writers. Apparently his workshops are excellent should you ever see
them advertised.
