Well, here's the wording of the ordinance:

http://www.madison.com/tct/news/index.php?ntid=113779&ntpid=1

Quote:
The new law states "no person shall interfere with a mother breast-feeding
her child or expressing breast milk within any public accommodation where
the mother would otherwise be authorized to be," with violators facing
penalties similar to disorderly conduct or other misdemeanors.

Anyone arrested for harassing a breast-feeding mother could be fined between
$10 and $100; scofflaws could face up to 30 days in jail for non-payment of
the fine, the same rule that judges follow for any violator who defaults on
paying a fine.

By the way, this female politician rocks!

Supervisor Carousel Bayrd (quote):
"I'm one of the outspoken pain-in-the-butt feminists on the board, but I
didn't get pregnant and have a baby to make a political statement," she
said. "I'm not looking for something to make me feel good. I'm looking for
law."
