As the average hospitalized patient has hospital personnel enter her room 75
times a day, and hospitals are full of potential infections and conflicting
BF information, I am all for early discharge. Why can't we attach a
*mandate* to have an LC assigned for telephone and home visits for EVERY
family? (not just an RN who is tired of regular OB care- ask me about this
sometime) Staying in a dirty overpriced
noisy hotel room (hospital) is not the solution, IMHO.
