Welcome to lactnet!  It is normal for babies to have some milk production, it
is from the withdrawal of mom's hormones that they were exposed to in the
uterus.  Nothing should be done, the milk should not be expressed or the
infant's mammary tissue manipulated.  This condition is self limiting.
