Dare I say.... sounds like thrush to me. She's had months of feeding well
and recently had a course of antibiotics.
You won't necessarily see thrush in the baby's mouth or elsewhere.
Mastitis and dermatitis should be excluded - but if this was an exam
question, I'd be answering thrush.
