Hello Yael,
 
I have been lurking on this site since early June when a friend IBCLC told me about it. I am so grateful for it as I have learned so much already. 
 
I am an MD who clips posterior tongue tie and refers my patients to craniosacral therapist for care after frenotomy but have never heard that it is important to send them for CST the same day. Can you please share more about this? I searched the LACTNET archives but did not find anything. I did find posts about CST that state that the research is not very good but of course many of us see it work wonders.
