I don't know this medication, but I also don't know what IBS stands for.  When I see combinations of letters I'm not immediately familiar with I'm clueless, just completely stymied.  Please, someone, explain what this condition is?  
I will take the opportunity to remind subscribers that this is an international list and an abbreviation that is well known in your setting could be meaningless to some of us who live elsewhere and may not even use English in our workplaces - for that reason we strongly urge you to write out all abbreviations (except maybe BF for breastfeeding!) the first time they appear in a post.  You expand the field of people who may respond to your query and you help educate all of us, so everyone wins :-)
