Forgot to tell everyone about the origin of the word Medela... We had
been looking for it somewhere in Ocotber-November... I asked the
national representative of the company while I was in Vancouver at the
National launching of the Canadian Baby-Friendly Initiative...

Apparently, it is a man-made (sic!! woman-made?) name. They were looking
for something that sounded an international name, and that would sound
not too medical but medical enough...hum!
So stop the search...the word is not coming from Latin or Greek or
anything like that!

Sincerely. Louise
