I'm usually a lurker, but I have to respond here.  I am concerned about talking about this kind of thing to mothers.  They get all bogged down with "is my milk ok?" and start worrying about timing to get a particular nutrient rather than just watching the baby.  Also, babies should be deciding how frequently they eat, not the adults.  (I'm talking full term, healthy weight-gaining baby of course!)  Maybe babies are eating frequently because moms have LESS  fatty milk  and another baby doesn't need to eat as frequently because mom produces cream!
In my experience, new mothers already have too much "head" information and need to be taught to simply watch the baby!
