Thank you Linda for identifying the problem and stopping the insanity!  In the gist of that: while continuing my research for the Newark/Nestle petition I came across CURRENT job listings for Nestle Infant Feeding Division.  The following job descriptions capture quite nicely Nestle's true intent and expectations of its employees. (2nd one listed strongly targets WIC accts)
 Scary stuff but ya Gotta know'em to beat'em!

PEDIATRIC NUTRITION REPRESENTATIVE
POSITION SUMMARY: The main responsibility is to obtain physician recommendation of the GERBER Start Healthy, Stay Healthy Nutrition System to patients resulting in product sales and achievement of market share objectives. Primary focus will be Hospital share and conversions, Pediatricians , OBs and WIC Nutritionists in WIC State Public Health Units. The representative must have a credible knowledge of maternal and infant nutrition including our range of products and services, with strong selling, organization, coordination and team working skills. 
Primary focus will be Hospitals, Pediatricians and WIC Offices (i.e. State Public Health Units) and the representative must have a credible knowledge of Infant/Toddler nutrition as well as our range of products and services, with strong selling, organization, coordination and team working skills 

MAIN ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Within selected Hospitals, achieve Infant Formula conversion and birth acquisition objectives, for non-WIC births in the Term Nursery. Within selected NICU Hospitals,achieve preterm infant formula conversion acquisition and discharge formula objectives. 
With called on Pediatricians, achieve Infant Formula recommendations and achieve birth acquisition targets. Within selected Pediatrician offices, ensure the awareness and recommendation of our product portfolio and the Gerber Start Healthy, Stay Healthy (SHSH)Nutrition System (Prenatal to 48 months of age). In particular leverage SHSH to establish GERBER Infant Formula as the acquisition product into the system if an Infant is not breastfed (which is the ideal nutrition for feeding Infants). 
Within State WIC Offices and Public Health Care units, focus on assisting in educating the WIC nutritionists and program participants on the importance of early Childhood nutrition and Gerber Start Healthy, Stay Healthy (SHSH)Nutrition System (Prenatal to 48 months of age). 
Create opportunities for selling against approved non-contract products in Nestle non-WIC states, limit off contract usage in our WIC States and gather appropriate intelligence and insights by fostering strong relationships. Manage and coordinate the appropriate business logistics between the WIC offices and our Retail teams to achieve our shared business and sales objectives within the State. 
Manage all individual medical detailing, educational , promotional and sampling to achieve acquired births targets, hospital share and conversion targets. 

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS
Major Responsibilities:
1)WIC Strategy & Execution (45%)
Strategy: Act as WIC thought leader and develops medical & business recommendations to the WIC Commercial Team regarding WIC State activations to drive profitable volume. Acts as the National expert for WIC-IN and WIC-OUT strategy and medical sales execution. 
Execution: Manage the WIC SAS on setting strategy, execution and communications
Formulate WIC SPT strategy , highly and impactful, and measurable 'Go To Market' Strategy to be executed by SAS ' SPT & WIC 
2 ) National Accounts/GPO/Distributor Management (35%)
Provide strategic focus and insight around gaining access to Tier 1 GPO's & Distributors.
Develop and execute a highly impactful and measurable 'Go to Market' strategy for the National Accounts SAS to execute.
Build out this capability on the Infant side of the business leveraging resources with Corporate and NHS.
3)Hospital Systems Management (20%)
Provide strategic focus for activation of key hospital systems.
Develop and execute a highly impactful and measurable 'Go to Market' strategy for SAS Hospital Systems SAS to execute.
