Another point about the Elizabeth/Ariel Glaser situation was that Elizabeth
was BFing Ariel at a time when the viral load was high (primary infection).
If mom is on AZT and combo drugs and her viral load is not detectable then
is her baby less likely to contract HIV?  How about if baby is given
