My understanding is that PSA's (public service ads) are shown when someone
persuades the station to do so.

Contact LLLI and get a copy of the tape, contact your local stations and ask
them to play the ad.  I think that is what we are to do.  If I am wrong,
please correct me.  We all should know how and at least some of us should
get it done.
