this is not a jab against you at all, becoz i appreciate having the
algorithim. however, just wanted to say that i would urge caution against
pointing out this algorithim (in a class, say for example) as i think this
kind of thing makes bf look hard and restrictive. however, it would  be good
to have in a file for the occasional mom who really presses you for the
'exact science' of calculating how much she can drink/when can she resume
bf.
while i support moms having correct information, and i DO NOT encourage or
support indiscriminate alcohol use, i do believe that the occasional drink
(or even the daily wine w/ dinner in some cultures) is quite compatible w/
bf. the same kinds of 'rules' and 'prohibitions' about diet are very
destructive too, i think.
