This is my favorite treatment for yeast overgrowth on nipples and in mouths. 
I use 1/2% solution (made at a compoundung pharmacy).  I used to use 1%, 
until a 2-week-old baby developed mouth sores.  I have not had anyone 
develop mouth sores since...has been about 3 years.

I vary the length of treatment depending on severity of overgrowth and 
response, but typically mom's nipples 4-5 days and baby's mouth 2-3 days of 
once daily treatment.
