That site appears first because it is a sponsored site. That means Similac 
paid Big Bucks to have that appear first when someone googles "Lactation 
Consultant" If you try the "I feel lucky " button You get the ILCA website.

Wow, that is uber creepy...we need to have Lady Gaga sing a song with 
evidence based breastfeeding advice, then we could get the message out above 
Similac on the Google list. I believe she has a billion hits on You Tube.... 
"Skin to skin" sounds like a good title for a Gaga song...
