I agree.  We need more promotion/funding/donations for our milk banks, but we also need improved access to qualified lactation help to all breastfeeding mothers.  

The easiest way to make sure that all babies receive the breastmilk they need is to maximize the number of mothers who are successfully breastfeeding.  Removing medical an social barriers to breastfeeding will have the biggest impact.

We don't want to get into a situation where mothers would rather purchase someone else's breastmilk than put in the work to get their own supplies established.
