I had a mom ask me tonight how long expressed breastmilk is good at room
temperature (e.g. in a diaper bag while running errands) after it has been
freshly expressed several days ago and then stored in the refrigerator. Is
there any difference between milk just freshly expressed and that which is
several days old in how long it is safe out of the refrigerator? I wasn't sure I
had ever read a time given for just this question.
Thanks,
