Liz spoke about not having time to se everyone effectively...I presume you
are in a hospital setting but this should work anywhere....You must start
logging and documenting numbers (and kinds) of patients seen vs not seen.
This kind of information is how we were able to get our hours increased: by
documenting how many patients were not seen when we were only there 2 hours,
every other day. We were increased to 4 hours daily, and now rarely miss
anyone, unless we have to have a day with no coverage. Good luck!
