I was privileged to attend a conference 3 years ago, the speaker was Dr.
Evelyn Jain, who has a breastfeeding clinic in Calgary.  She said most
diaper rashes are caused by yeast, and to try some lotrimin cream, such
as an OTC preparation for a vaginal yeast infection.
It worked well for my babies!  Wish I had known about it sooner.
