Momma Bear went to school this morning.

According to Laurie's reading teacher, the letter needed to be rewritten for
penmanship, not content.  She said that she would send it as written (once it
is more legible), and would never ask a student to do something that they were
morally opposed to.  (funny, Laurie didn't get that feeling yesterday......)

The math teacher (also homeroom teacher) was really impressed that Laurie felt
so strongly about this, and says she is glad that her "consciousness has been
raised".

The room mother (who was there planning the holiday party) was surprised that
the teachers hadn't heard about the boycott.....she had boycotted back in the
70's, and thought the boycott was over.

Laurie wants to start a school INFACT group.  Are there materials available
for children?
