I would think if there were extenuating circumstances that volumes would not be any different than for fill-term infants regardless of location. 

We are a Baby Friendly Hospital and our guidelines state; Day 1: 5-7 ml, Day 2: 15 ml, Day 3: 30 ml, Day 4: 45 ml. (Per feeding)
