For those of you new to LACTNET, welcome!  For those of you who have been
around a bit longer, we are now up to 143 (wow!) subscribers.  That is
terrific!  And this includes a new member from Mexico, so 6 different
countries are now represented.

For all of you who have joined since May 31, I need to hear from you in
order to place a dot on the map where you live.  The map will be on display
at a poster at the ILCA Conference. We want as many of our current
subscribers "dotted" as we can, to let others know where we are, how
far-flung we are from one another and yet how those distances do not matter
nearly as much as our collective concerns for and about breastfeeding and
mothers and babies.  SO, please don't keep me guessing re: where you live
(I need only city, state/province, and country).

AND for those of you planning to attend the ILCA Conference in Scottsdale,
please save the following information:

LACTNETters will be meeting on *Thursday, July 13 in Suite 2096 from
4:00-5:00PM* (or later if we can keep the room longer). This room is
directly at the end of the hall next to registration area (I hope this
means it will be easy to find).

Everyone please stop by and say hello.  It will gives us all a chance to
place name with face (and for those with idetic memories, topics you have
raised or commented on).

I look forward to seeing you all there. I will be easy to identify--in a
shirt with the LACTNET logo on it (soon to be seen on a WEB page:  more on
this later, when the details have been worked out). The shirt has not yet
arrived but will either be a forest(y) green with white letters OR white
with green letters.
