Nuria,

Sounds like something could be amiss in the anatomy of the breast, and/or
sort of hyper skin changes with pregnancy. I like using cold as opposed to
heat in such cases, express very frequently like hourly when awake, by
hand, for few minutes at a time. If she was getting 20 mls out at a
session, there was some outlet there, but perhaps not all the deeper tissue
draining and connecting. That could be involuted with cold, cabbage,
anti-inflammatory meds. Did she continue or involute?
