Thanks every one for all the help and advice. The mother was able to let down
on the non-working breast after sitting in front of her oven on low about 300
and nursing the most agressive twin for about 1 hour on the  second
attempt... She has since nursed one or both infants every three hours with no
further problems. She  did  switch to Motrin for pain relief.  She was
referred to the  hosspital lactation   consultant   by her nurse midwife who
verified the physical  symptoms reported by the mother.  I work with the
consultant and turned to Lactnet for help Thank you again for the help.
