Just a quick note to say thanks to all those who responded about the mother
with an abundant milk supply and mastitis. I had another discussion with her
last week and she is now pretty clear how to approach feeding her next baby.
She's really motivated and has been assisting and supporting her sister in
law in feeding her new baby! Now she's showing interest in becoming a
breastfeeding counsellor herself! I find this a really mature attitude
considering her 5 negative experiences with breastfeeding so far. Her baby
is due half way through January, and I'm just as eager as her to see what
happens!
