How about?

1. Interferon does not get into the milk, it is too big.
2. Interferon is normally produced in breastmilk.
3. Interferon is good protection against some viruses.
4. Surely you are a big boy now, and can take this information about the
pharmacology of of interferon and do the best for your patient.
