Oh Heather -- of course!!   Hospitals are NOT designed for the health and 
comfort of PATIENTS -- especially  not ones that can't talk yet.  They are 
designed for the comfort and  convenience of STAFF -- (note freezing cold 
delivery rooms just as issue).   If we were really thinking of babies -- and 
even of mothers -- just think of the  massive differences there would be in all 
institutions.
