I wonder if you client would try acupuncture.  If she is dedicated to
feeding her baby maybe she would consider it.

If there is a natural food store in York she could get a referral from them.

I have used it and it wasn't at all like I had imagined. I had 5 treatments
for a hurt foot, the resolution of which was beyond my doctor, and had
great success.
