Kate, If treatments such as gentian violet don't work and 7 weeks of
Fluconazole isn't working why do you continue to think it is yeast?.........

Other possibilities are vasospasm or dermatitis.
If it still seems that thrush is likely, I might try ketoconazole (as it may 
be a candida resistant to fluconazole).
Some doctors are trying 4 weeks of antibiotics - but I find this hard to 
prescribe!
