Had one today.  3 weeks old, had tt corrected on day 5.  Lip tie ignored, no post clip instructions - looks like posterior anyway.  Healed back.  Mom's nipples continue to be tender.  Baby has usual Gi issues, but gaining well.  Her first baby was TT also, so mom is good on positioning.  Can't keep top lip out, pops back or baby unlatches.  3rd TT baby this week.  :-(  Pat in SNJ
