If a mother is of asian descent and finding that most pumps are not working for
her an option may be to try a pump "Made in Japan" If the pump was designed in
Japan, persumably, it was tested there as well. It may be that this shield
shape/size might help these mothers.  There a few models here in the USA that
are available. They are generally considered less effective but may be worth a
