When I worked in a hospital, we had a weekly bf support group which met for
an hour at mid-day.  It was a good way to catch problems which otherwise
would go unnoticed.  We didnt' have a formal outline.  since moms with babies
of all ages would attend (mostly newborns, tho we did have other ages as well
as a few die hards with babies close to a year old who came almost evey
week!)  the idea which worked the best was to ask the mothers to introduce
themselves and their babies and tell us (who ever was leading the discussion)
what their most burning issue was or what they really needed to know about
that day.  I would jot down the questions as they went around the circle.
 Sometimes the discussion would just flow; from one mom saying "oh that
